COVID-19 has created an unprecedented need for the nonprofit community.
New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts (“NJSDA”) needs your support at this challenging time!
Since 2004, the New Jersey School for Dramatic Arts has served as a second home to over 3000 students coming from all across New Jersey - students who dream of finding their voices, artistry and passion in the dramatic arts.
Did You Know That For The Past 15 Years:
NJSDA has students that are from ages 5 to 85!
NJSDA has helped many of our aspiring actors book professional roles in theater, film, TV and web series. Many of our teen students have been accepted at leading performing arts colleges
NJSDA has provided thousands of dollars in scholarships available to children and adults without donor support to make our acting programs accessible to those who could not afford the tuition
NJSDA has been a Best of Essex County Award Winner in both the children and adult education categories
NJSDA provides free resources for students including: Rehearsal space, an acting library and industry guidance
NJSDA classes have helped both children and adults improve their self esteem and public speaking skills
Your donations help to fund our performance programs, buy new equipment for our theater and classrooms, keep our tuitions affordable and help us continue to provide assistance to those who might not otherwise have the resources to take advantage of our programs. Unfortunately, tuitions alone cannot keep these dreams alive.
Thank you for your generosity!

NJSDA Testimonial Video from Alina and Leilany
Hello, I'm Michael Maino, and I am a graduate of the New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts. Thanks to my instructors at NJSDA I could not have been better prepared for the work I am doing now and hope to do in the future. The excellent relationship NJSDA has with the artistic community affords its students with real opportunities to carry their craft into the wider world of student and professional film and TV, as well as the live stage. Since graduation I have relocated to California and can attest to the effectiveness of my training at NJSDA by the commercial and film work I have done here.
This school is a fabulous resource because it promotes and encourages its members to develop and succeed as well rounded, expressive individuals. Please do what you can to help New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts keep the dream alive. It is a very worthy cause.
